Setup your Integration

How the Integration is Set Up in Alpomi:

  1. Authenticate: Log in to Alpomi and go to the Integrations section. Select Shopify, and authenticate by logging into your Shopify store and authorising Alpomi access through Shopify’s OAuth process.
  2. Data to Sync: we will sync data from Shopify to Alpomi, such as customer information, order history, and product catalog. You can also filter data based on criteria like purchase date or order value.
  3. Data Mapping: Map Shopify data fields (e.g., customer name, email, product purchased, purchase date) to Alpomi’s customer profiles. This enables Alpomi to use this data for segmentation and personalisation.
  4. Monitor & Optimize: Use Alpomi’s dashboard to monitor the performance of your e-commerce campaigns. Track metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimise your marketing strategies based on real-time Shopify data.
