You signed up to three analytics tools this year. You used one of them for more than two weeks. Configuration was the problem.
The analytics tool adoption failure pattern is well-documented: sign up, get a blank or generic dashboard, spend hours trying to configure it, give up and go back to platform native dashboards and spreadsheets. The time investment required to get value from a configurable analytics tool is often greater than the time it would save — at least in the short term. Industry-Adaptive Dashboards are designed to break this pattern by giving you immediate, relevant value from the first login.
Solved by Industry-Adaptive Dashboards — A dashboard that knows your business from day one.
What Industry-Adaptive Dashboards does
Industry-Adaptive Dashboards automatically surface the most relevant cards and metrics for your business type when you first connect to Alpomi. Select your industry during onboarding — e-commerce, retail, hospitality, marketing agency, B2B, or SaaS — and your dashboard populates with the 55+ built-in cards filtered to the metrics that matter most for your sector. E-commerce teams see sales performance, product profitability, and order fulfillment. Hospitality businesses see venue performance, guest satisfaction, and staffing. B2B and SaaS companies see ARR, pipeline, and churn. No manual configuration, no wading through irrelevant cards. The relevant view is there from the moment you log in.
- Six industry verticals: E-Commerce, Retail, Hospitality, Marketing Agency, B2B, and SaaS
- Automatic card filtering at onboarding based on selected industry
- 55+ built-in cards tagged with industry relevance metadata
- Card Library retains access to all cards regardless of industry setting
- Industry setting changeable at any time — not locked in at onboarding
- Custom cards bypass industry filtering and always appear in the dashboard
Why teams look for a Industry-Adaptive Dashboards solution
The real operational pain that drives people to Alpomi
Generic analytics dashboards require hours of configuration before showing relevant metrics — most SME users abandon before completing setup
Analytics tools built for all use cases are optimised for none — a retail business and a SaaS startup have completely different reporting needs
The time-to-value gap in analytics adoption is the primary driver of tool abandonment — immediate relevance reduces this dramatically
New team members onboarding to a custom-configured dashboard require training on what to look at — an industry-standard default eliminates this

Before Alpomi vs After Alpomi
From pain to clarity with Industry-Adaptive Dashboards
Before
Sign up to an analytics platform. Get a blank dashboard or a generic marketing metrics layout. Spend an afternoon trying to find the product profitability view. Cannot find it. Export to spreadsheet. Pay for the tool for three months without using it. Cancel.
With Alpomi
Sign up to Alpomi. Select 'E-Commerce' during onboarding. Dashboard opens with sales statistics, top products, order fulfillment, platform performance, and marketing ROAS cards all pre-loaded. Relevant data is visible within five minutes of connecting Shopify.
Before
New team member joins. You walk them through your custom-configured dashboard. They ask why certain cards are there. You explain the history of why you added each one. An hour of onboarding time that could have been avoided.
With Alpomi
New team member joins. They select their role and industry during onboarding. Dashboard shows the standard e-commerce view. They understand it immediately because it maps to their mental model of the business. Onboarding takes 10 minutes.
Built for your segment
See how Industry-Adaptive Dashboards solves problems specific to your business type
For growing businesses
Every other analytics tool gives you a blank dashboard and expects you to configure it. Alpomi starts with yours.
SMEs have limited time to invest in dashboard configuration. Industry-Adaptive Dashboards eliminate the setup burden — select your industry and you see the cards that matter to your business type immediately, with the option to add, remove, or customise anything from the full Card Library.
- Start seeing relevant metrics from your first login — no blank dashboard syndrome
- Templates for retail, SaaS, professional services, and DTC e-commerce included
- Change your industry setting at any time — not locked in at setup
For DTC brands
Your e-commerce dashboard shows e-commerce metrics. Not hospitality metrics. Not B2B metrics. Yours.
E-commerce operations need sales performance cards, product analytics, order fulfillment tracking, and customer trend data surfaced by default — not a generic analytics grid. Industry-Adaptive Dashboards give e-commerce teams exactly those cards from day one, with marketing performance alongside sales data in the same unified view.
- E-commerce management cards: platform performance, customer trends, order fulfillment, and operational KPIs
- Sales cards alongside marketing cards so ad spend and revenue appear in the same view
- Switch to see all 55+ cards in the Card Library whenever you want to explore beyond the defaults
For enterprise teams
Multi-brand portfolios have multiple business types. Industry-Adaptive Dashboards match each one.
Enterprise teams managing brands across different verticals can configure each brand's Alpomi instance with the appropriate industry setting. The retail brand sees retail cards. The B2B division sees pipeline and ARR cards. Each team gets the relevant view without a central configuration overhead.
- Each connected brand or division can have a separate industry setting
- Industry-specific card sets mean each team's dashboard is immediately relevant to their role
- Full Card Library access ensures no team is limited by their default industry setting
Get started in three steps
Select your industry during onboarding
Choose from E-Commerce, Retail, Hospitality, Marketing Agency, B2B, or SaaS during the Alpomi onboarding flow. This takes 30 seconds and can be changed at any time.
Your dashboard populates with relevant cards
Alpomi filters its 55+ built-in cards using industry relevance metadata and pre-loads the ones that matter most for your business type. No manual card selection required.
Customise from the full Card Library
Add any of the 55+ built-in cards from the Card Library regardless of your industry setting. Build custom cards with the Custom Card Builder. The industry default is a starting point, not a limitation.
Frequently asked questions
- Which industry verticals are supported?
- Six verticals: E-Commerce, Retail, Hospitality, Marketing Agency, Consulting, and B2B/SaaS. Each has a specific card set that is pre-loaded on selection.
- Can I change my industry setting after onboarding?
- Yes — the industry setting can be updated at any time from account settings. Changing it re-filters the default dashboard card set for the new industry while retaining any custom cards you have built.
- What happens to cards that are not in my industry default?
- All 55+ cards remain available in the Card Library and can be added to your dashboard at any time. Industry filtering only affects the default pre-loaded view — it does not restrict access to any card.
- Do custom cards appear in industry-filtered dashboards?
- Yes — custom cards bypass industry filtering entirely and always appear in your dashboard regardless of which industry profile is active.
- Can different users within the same company have different industry profiles?
- Currently the industry profile is set at the company level. Individual users can add or remove cards from their personal dashboard view, but the base industry profile applies to the whole company account.
