Sales domain

Sales features

Shopify and ads together—product-level clarity, not platform guesses.

When Shopify revenue and ad spend live in separate tools, scaling decisions default to platform ROAS. The Sales domain ties spend to product-level ROAS, peak-period tracking, forecasting, geographic revenue, and customer analytics—so e-commerce and enterprise teams see margin context, not just top-line revenue.

Product-Level ROAS

Which products are profitable on ads. Which are draining you.

Standard ad platform ROAS is measured at campaign level. It tells you the campaign returned £X for every £1 spent, but it doesn't tell you which products within that campaign drove the return. Product-Level ROAS connects your Shopify catalogue to ad spend in Insights so you see which SKUs are margin-positive, which break even, and which drain budget—then review Playbook proposed tasks before you reallocate. Multi-touch attribution (first/last/linear/time-decay/position-based; Markov & Shapley when journey volume supports it). Requires Alpomi pixel and sufficient converted journeys.

Peak Period Tracking

BFCM, Christmas, product launches — full visibility when it matters most.

Peak Period Tracking is a dedicated view for your highest-stakes trading windows — Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, Summer Sale, and product launches. It shows spend pacing, campaign ROAS, product performance, and budget status across channels on your sync schedule, so you can make calls while the window is still open — not in the post-mortem. Data refreshes on a scheduled sync (typically hourly; near-real-time where connectors allow).

Sales Forecasting

Know what revenue to expect — 30, 60, and 90 days out.

Sales Forecasting projects revenue for the next 30, 60, and 90 days from Shopify history, seasonal patterns, growth trajectory, and planned marketing spend—forecasts your team reviews before inventory and budget decisions, not autopilot changes. Traditional methods often land at 65–75% accuracy; model-assisted forecasts commonly reach 85–95% at 30 days when history is sufficient (SelectedFirms, 2025). Alpomi prioritises recommendations and proposed tasks from live data—your team reviews, approves, and executes. AI playbook and cross-domain recommendations: Pro+ (see pricing). Available on Pro, Agency, and Enterprise tiers.

World Sales Map

See where your revenue comes from. Expand where the data points.

World Sales Map visualises your Shopify revenue distribution on an interactive global map, with country-level shading and full province-level drill-down for key markets including China (all 33 provinces), the United States, and the United Kingdom. Color intensity maps to revenue density — the darker the region, the stronger the revenue. You can hover for precise revenue figures, click into any country for a province breakdown, and export the map for reporting. For e-commerce businesses with international sales or expansion plans, World Sales Map replaces geographic guesswork with a clear visual picture of where your money comes from.

Customer Analytics

Who are your best customers? What makes them come back?

Customer Analytics connects your Shopify order history to a structured view of customer behaviour: who your customers are, how much they spend over time, how often they return, which channels acquired them, and which segments are growing or declining. Understanding whether your revenue growth comes from acquiring new customers or from existing customers increasing their spend is one of the most important questions for sustainable DTC growth — Customer Analytics answers it continuously, not just in quarterly reviews.
